I am a published author and Christian life coach, dedicated to helping others grow and find their purpose in Christ. My journey as a writer began with my first poetry book, “Bloom like the Lilies”, which God led me to create as a tool for healing, encouragement, and transformation. This creative process ignited my calling to serve as a life coach, empowering others to embrace their unique Kingdom purpose.

I’ve been married to my love, Adam, for 18 years, and we are blessed with four wonderful kids. We live in Northern California, where we enjoy outdoor adventures and hiking in the beautiful nature around us. I have a deep love for the arts, playing the harp, painting, reading, and writing poetry.

Through coaching, I aim to equip others to step into their God-given identity and overcome life’s challenges. Whether through my poetry or one-on-one coaching, my heart is to bring hope, clarity, and faith based guidance to those seeking to thrive in their walk with Christ.
